Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be unworn or unused, with tags intact and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Note: The return address will be provided during the return process. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
Your item is damaged
You received the wrong product
The item is defective
We recommend recording a video while opening your parcel as valid proof for claims.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:
Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
Custom or personalized items
Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The quickest way to get your desired product is:
Return the original item.
Once accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
